Where are you based, and where do you ship from?We’re based in Los Angeles, California, and all orders are shipped directly from our LA location.

Do you offer international shipping?We currently ship throughout the USA and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

How do I care for my swimwear?We recommend hand-washing your swimwear in cold water with gentle detergent and laying it flat to dry. This helps preserve the fabric and maintain color. Machine washing on cold water works as well and hang to dry. Make sure any charms are removed before washing.

Can I personalize my swimwear?Absolutely! We offer customizable charms to make your swimwear uniquely yours. You’ll be able to choose from various charm options when placing your order.

Are custom or personalized items returnable?Personalized charms/suits are returnable as long as they have not been worn or washed and all packaging is still intact.

How long does processing take?Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. For hoodies, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@306swimwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

How can I track my order?Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
