Personalized or custom-made items, such as hoodies with custom artwork or swimwear with charms, may require an additional 1-2 days for preparation.

International Shipping

Missing or Delayed Shipments

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us: Email our customer service team at info@306swimwear.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Ship the Item: Once your return or exchange request is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days, depending on item availability.
Non-Refundable Items

Customized or personalized items (e.g., swimsuits with charms or hoodies with custom artwork) are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale items marked “final sale” are also non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@306swimwear.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll be happy to resolve the matter with a replacement or full refund.
